Dr. Halina Kubicka

Dr. Halina Kubicka - Your dedicated dentist in Ottawa since 1996

Dr. Halina Kubicka completed her dental education at The Medical University of Wroclaw, Poland. Since her successful examinations at National Dental Examining Board of Canada in 1996, she holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has been practising as a general dentist in Ottawa.

In 1996 and 1997 she was an associate dentist at Carleton University Dental Clinic. In 1998 she established her own general dentistry practice on Bank Street, across from Billings Bridge Plaza, The Family Dental Clinic.

Dr. Kubicka has been practising general dentistry and orthodontics at this location until present time. From early on in her carrier she had special interests in early orthodontic dental treatment for children and young adults, helping to avoid lengthy, more costly and more complicated orthodontic or surgical treatment later on.

For the last 20 years she has been the member of the Ottawa Dental Society Emergency Service, providing urgent dental care on the designated weekends for patients of Ottawa and Gatineau area.

As a dedicated Ottawa Dentist, loving her profession and being committed to large family of her dental patients, she is advancing her knowledge and expertise on ongoing basis and she is a passionate student of continuing dental education courses.
Dr. Kubicka is a member of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ottawa Dental Society, Ontario Dental Association and International Association of Orthodontics. She speaks English, Russian and Polish.

Estelle

Estelle - Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant

Estelle joined Dr. Kubicka Office and Clinic in 2005. Fulfilling the duties of administrative assistant and also helping with dental assistant's duties whenever necessary, she became the "engine" of the practice.

She is the heart and soul of the reception room, greeting everybody with her perfect smile and exceptional manners. Her very professional approach, friendliness and readiness to always help, won the hearts of our patients.
Estelle is an avid dancer, long distance bike rider and former long time soccer player.

She speaks French, English and some Italian

Guylaine

Guylaine - Hygienist

Guylaine has been working with us as a Dental Hygienist since 2014.
Before dedicating herself to dental field, she studied Economics at The University of Ottawa.

In 1993 she graduated from Dental Hygiéniste, Dental Restorative program of College de l'Outaouais, in Hull (Gatineau).

She perfectly speaks French and English

Celia

Celia - Hygienist

Celia has joint our practice in 2015.

She has the bachelor degree in Biochemistry from The University of Ottawa.
Subsequently, she received the diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2009.
Celia speaks English, Chinese and Cantonese.
